Winter menu

The winter menu from the chef of the Volynskoye Congress Park restaurant will give you warmth, comfort and new gastronomic impressions.

Try the hearty meat salad with cheese and honey mushrooms, the savory salad with baked beetroot and Strachatella cheese, and the traditional Hungarian goulash soup. Also among the novelties are chicken with creamy garlic sauce and beef cheeks stewed in red wine with mashed potatoes and baked pears.

The menu of hot drinks includes warming vitamin teas from rosehip, sea buckthorn, ginger–citrus tea, as well as berry latte, cocoa and mulled wine.

The perfect addition to a tea party will be a delicious dessert – Honey cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
